Every reboot, client force selects "Main" Windows Monitor, reverting PoE Display setting

My setup is as follows:



2 is set as Main in Windows 10.
1 is the monitor I want to display PoE.
In PoE settings I change Display adapter to monitor 1.
Game plays fine.
Relaunch the game, everything's fine.
Reboot computer.
Now when I launch PoE, it and its setting are back on monitor 2.
I have to again change the PoE setting to monitor 1.
Rinse, repeat.
