Kingsmarch mappers bug

I went to Kingsmarch mappers event, to rescue them, kill the boss. During the fight, game crashed. No logout or anything, it crashed for no reason. Now I'm back, but my mappers are stuck, there's no port to go back, so I can't continue to rescue them. And I can't pay ransom. Like all the money is in treasury, it shows Insufficient Gold. Like I take half a million gold from treasury to myself, and it doesn't show "Insufficient Gold", but still can't use the ransom, too. :-).

Has been this way all league with hundreds of reports and probably won't be changed now this far into the league. All 3 bosses are 1-attempt only so crashing or dying counts as failure, and the ransom option is obsolete after attempting the boss. Also changing zones before entering the portal can brick the Kingsmarch boss portals, so don't leave the zone too early either.

Your only option is to abandon them at this point.
