Hidden map mod?

There is eater of worlds altar mod - "(30–50)% reduced Defenses per Frenzy Charge".
But you don't have frenzy charges, maybe you use Ralakesh's Impatience? |

same but life and mana regen, works in HO but when I zonein on the map mana regen is disabled
