Option: toggle "disable ally view on cursor"

I find it increasingly difficult to get the information I want from enemies, and sometimes to even target the enemy I wish to target, because my cursor constantly highlights Huck or Einhar or someone else.
Can we PLEASE have an option which allows us to toggle viewing our allies on mouse cursor?
