Al-Hezmin run maps not producing his influnced loot

So I've been running all my t14-15 Conqurer maps white with 1 rarity type maven chisel to bring the map up to 100% completion with full rank 10 mappers (to ensure i always get the frag, which i do). By logic i should get at least a couple piece of loot with his influence. I didn't get any, instead I got items of any other conquerer influence EXCEPT his. sounds like a bug to me.

There is a lot of loot excluded from mappers. Influenced, fractured, synthesis, and some others I can't think of right now.

The last patch for the league was a month ago. I would not anticipate any new changes at this point to the league mechanic unless for some reason they decide to make it core.
