Console PS5 client hard freeze lag issues

Good afternoon GGG!
I am having a problem with the game as of two days now that on ps5 (i have the native client) the framerate is super bad but only when monsters are on screen (when i hit tier 14 maps) going from smooth 60 to 1 fps litteraly per second and staying like this for a few seconds until the mobs are dead.Why is this happening i just bought a supporter pack and i dont plan on quitting but i dont have a pc and i cant play anywhere else.You have some suggestions on what i should do or will you look into these issues and patch them? I dont have connection issues so i think its the game. Please contact me anytime. Thanks so much for making this amazing game looking forward to PoE 2!♥️

ps4 version is fine if youre able to play that version
