Stuck on Loading Screen (New Player)

Hi, I'm a new POE player... I'm really excited about POE2, so I started testing the original game last week. Everything was fine when suddenly I started getting stuck on the loading screen. Sometimes before even entering the game, sometimes between regions... I've already applied all the supposed fixes I found on the forums and YouTube and nothing helped. Yesterday it seemed like it had been resolved, so I was excited to buy a portal, but what was my surprise because I already tried to enter the game three times this morning and I couldn't. Is there an official solution?

been playing poe for 10 years now, just started having this issue 2 days ago as well. Have tried messing with settings and re-installing, nothing so far has worked. I suspect they did something with a hotfix patch that messed something up, hopefully they are aware of the issue and working on it, previous thread about this issue never got a ggg response though.

Edit: nope, turning off sound did nothing to help.

I was living that issue for some months and i tried many solutions but none worked, i managed to play game in vulkan - lowest upscale mode and lowest every settings then i had no more crash but game was like mine craft and i couldn't bear to play it anymore, well... anyways after some months while im playing throne and liberty after a new update game start to crash so while looking for fix i found basic solution - use cmd run as admin and write sfc /scannow then let the operation finish, seems that my some of dll documents got corrupted somehow and scan fixed them then i go and played throne and liberty again then today i wanted to change my settings to max old version at path of exile even if i can't open game anymore then game just opened and succesfully operating right now i have no dc or infinite loading screen issues right now try to sfc /scannow at your admin cmd page ^^ i hope it helps for all of your torubles !

I downgraded my Nvidia drives to the April version and it works perfectly, a few days ago I returned the most current version of the drives and it continues to work... I can't say for sure what worked in this process. I'll play again after they update the game...Or will I wait for POE2 ^_^'
