Hideout Weather/Time Changer

We only have a couple options for this now. The Timekeeper hideout option, and the elemancer totem. One is bound to the hideout specifically, and the other is gated behind a $240 supporter pack.

It would be great to have an option we can use across all hideouts, can be purchased individually as a hideout device, and doesn't have additional particles (like the elemancer totem) that affect performance.

This not only gives more options for hideout design, but helps give a pseudo-dark-mode to some of the hideouts we love.

I agree! I'd love to have such a thing, the way we have the hideout music box!
