WTB Vendor Recipe to upgrade accumulate Scouting Reports for end game

I have 130 Explorer Scouting Reports, 80 Vaal, 40 Singular.

Re-rolling Kirac Missions to fish for the most valuable map, without an Atlas Tree, feels not like a great time to spend endgame. And you just hide it end game like a pro does.

Compare to the use of excess "bubble gum" currency, to buy the higher value currency at the vendor NPC (which to some extent also keeps some of its value for crafting, or conversion Regrets to Unmaking).

Suggestion: 3 for 1 vendor recipe, to use in map device for additional juice.

Yeah since they deleted the kirac "find the full stack of div card" missions the scouting reports have felt kinda useless. You're only ever rerolling for guardian maps/unique maps. And you just check his shop for chisels and other interesting things he might sell but that's about it. I also stopped using scouting reports completely after I was done with my atlas. Kirac missions are so much worse now because of that change.

So I agree it would be nice to have at least something to do with these scouting reports, because right now they're just rotting in my stash lol

I agree you should be able to vendor recipe them, but it should just give you a single random type scouting report, like how the tattoo recipe works.

Having them provide juice to maps makes no sense thematically for scouting reports. Sell them on the currency exchange and buy some scarabs.
