Kingsmarch worker wage per rank/effect identification

Hi. I think there's some lack of information regarding how effective each worker is per gold/h.
Wages vary a lot in each role's rank, meaning it's hard to know which workers are worth to buy.

Currently, in order to get some idea of how effective workers are per gold spent each hour, players either have to compare their own workers, to the shop's workers. (assuming they own a worker of the same rank as the one they compare to in the recruiter shop). Or players will just have to guess. (Since 1. Ranks do not reveal how effective they are per gold, 2. Wages show no minumum or maximum cost). Either of these two ways take very long time, which is problematic.

You might say that there's need for problems which the player have to solve, such as gold problems. Why not just get more gold by playing more? Or add more theoretical doors? Sure, if you don't have a job, or are willing to quit your job, there wouldn't be a problem. But PoE is already time consuming enough as as. Some even say PoE is a full time job, which sure can be relatable for someone who plays a lot in general.

Having no easy way to tell whether a worker is worth to buy, will likely lead to players using the game mechanic less, and eventually playing Path of Exile less than they could do.

Generally, I enjoy the game mechanic a lot, and i think it's great, especially for players whom not have much time to play. Mostly since gold can be found relatively easy and is proportional to strategies, time spent and other things.

But something I would love to see more of is clarity of information which would save time for the player. Meaning players would have less calculations and graphs to do, just in order to see what an effective outcomes of their choices.

In this case an answer would be to display worker's effective value; %rank/effectiveness per hourly gold cost.
So I ask you to clarify worker value, help me and others so we can make better and faster choices of which workers to buy.

For instance, it could also show effectivness (and or not rank) per gold, instead of only rank, initial cost and hourly wage.
Or it could show rank, minimum and maxmimum wage price for the specific rank.

In these ways, it would be more clear which workers are worth to buy.

Example; (note the following examples are somewhat without propotional values)
Mapper rank 5,
Effectivness per hourly wage; 43%
Cost: 1500,
Wage; 470/H

Mapper rank 5,
Effectivness per hourly wage; 92%
Cost: 4500,
Wage; 230/H

Sincerely,

A gold digger enthusiast
