4214931187 - Black Thumb atlas passive not applied to scarabs

It is still possible for Harvest scarabs to drop while the Black Thumb atlas passive is in effect

Loot in this game is weird.

I believe this is intentional as I have done some mild testing with blocked scarabs mechanics as well as map tier mechanics.

Things like blocking scarabs in the atlas passive tree or socketing void stones into the atlas impact what native monsters drop from the map.

These mechanics are not taken into consideration for tile set drops.

This includes things like strongboxes, legion chests, abyssal troves, blight blisters, and other things you generally "open" to get drops.

Even with 4 voidstones socketed you can and will see all tiers of maps drop from some of the above vessels, for example.

Blocking scarabs in the atlas passive tree stops monsters from dropping those scarabs as well as blocking that mechanic from appearing the map at all. It will not stop those scarabs from dropping from containers.
