gladiator, staves and bows

just a reminder that while the rework was nice the changes not supporting staves and bows was a huge mistake.

staves: Determined Survivor keystone not giving anything to staves is a gigantic middle finger. something like a small max block/spell block with staves will do it.


bows: bow bleed has been a thing for a while but they have no fourth skill with new gladiator. Changing weapon master to "30% more Damage with Hits and Ailments against Enemies that are on Low Life while you are wielding an Axe or a bow" will do it.
