Why? To try to pull a better stat one out, or maybe one has nice corrupts but its on a bad base (like vicario's influence).

nice idea, it can help solo/ssf players a great deal.
but on the flipside may devalue items drastically [Removed by Support]

Trading has its currency market with Faustus, lets give SSF players recombinator with a small chance to upgrade uniq item.
