Random Lag Spikes happening since yesterday

I'm playing on Singapore server. Since yesterday I can't play without having lag spikes and server disconnects. When I check the latency graph it just go up and down and sometimes just go very high and disconnects. Its only happening on the server everything on my end is fine. Even a friend on the same server has no issue but I am experiencing. Previously had the same problem but it went away after of day of not playing. This time it did not go away and happened within 15mins of playing today and continue to happen leading to very unstable latency numbers. Where on average my latency would be 4 or 5ms. Please help me find me a solution. Thanks in advance.

Both of these ping spikes and high ping show your issue starting at the same IP address from the same provider which appears to be within your ISP's network since the first 6 IP addresses after your router are m1.com.sg before the handoff to twelve99.net. You should call your ISP.

The second issue shows quite a bit of packet loss in two different sections..
The first one is within m1.com.sg and the second one shows higher loss within twelve99.net.
