Sacred Orb rarity and usage (thoughts)

It feels kind of underwhelming use to reroll base values of an item, which is why sacred orb that drops much rarer than a divine, costs like 30c (nobody needs them).

Being in between of hinekora lock and divine in rarity, it could have a rework of its use.

Sacred orb increases quality of an item by 1% above 20, may use 2 or 3 orbs for 1% above 26%

That will skyrocket the price of sacred orbs and make them actually valuable.
