Add a toggle to hide the XP progress bar

Nothing more demoralizing, and incentivizing you to quit a league, than seeing yourself going backwards. Higher levels become increasingly infuriating as you lose entire levels of progress 10% at a time.

ARPG are about progress. Even in Hardcore the moment you stop progressing and die, you start a new character and progress. Only in Softcore can you suffer a continual backwards progression. This becomes especially egregious the closer you get to 100.

Since the XP penalty clearly isn't going anywhere, add an option to hide the XP bar.

i like how the conversation went from "reduce xp penalty" to "remove xp penalty" to "ah fuckit, can we just remove the xp bar".

i was a solid keep xp penalty in the game kinda guy until i realized that the achievement of getting to 100 is not as hard as it used to be.

its just annoying at this point and serves to act as a ragequit inducing mechanic rather than anything else now.

i've had friends rage quit poe after dropping from 70% to 10% in a single map. at high levels.

my guild used to have small handful or two of active players.

most of them are gone now. poe is too hardcore even for softcore scrubs like us.
