Shipping got nerfed

Just received 5 million ship, only garbage.

Great idea to do this change in the middle of the season, when most players who played a lot got already rich. Essentially punishing casual players who hit their max level shipping later.

Why was this necessary? You could only send out big ships every couple of days anyways
