PS5 client locking up and bricking networking

I've now had this happen twice, both times since the latest patch.

The game locks up, and the networking on my PS5 stops working (I can't even change wifi networks).

It becomes necessary to restart the PS5 to restore the networking functionality.

It might be worth noting I switched my networking mode to "hybrid" because lockstep was not always working well (my internet is pretty bad).

I'll check going back to auto, but I don't think it will help, I believe the problem started with the newest patch.

I also experience connection problems since today.
Game keeps freezing for up to about one minute and either kick me or rubberband just to freeze again moments later.
