PS5 Client chat not working

On PS5 client, a number of users including myself are unable to see any chat apart from their own. PS4 chat is unaffected. Reinstall doesn't resolve.
Otherwise, the PS5 client is vastly superior to PS4 - loading time is great, 4k, HDR, everything else is great. Last bumped on Sep 24, 2024, 9:55:34 PM
