The Prison ACT 1 keeps crashing on PS5 - BRN 961568895

I'm a ranger. Game ran perfectly well until I got to the prison area in ACT 1. It seems to happen when a lot of enemies/stuff is on screen. I'm not spamming skills really, just basic attack. It mostly happens with diabolics and their skeleton minions. A group of ghouls by themselves doesn't do anything. As soon a a diabolic and a few skeletons show up the game crashes.

I turned my resolution down to 50%, tried different lighting settings, reduced bloom, removed healthbars and status indicators, anything that might affect what is on screen. Nothing fixed it. Still crashes. Even restarted the PS5. Still nothing.

I'm a new player and I was really getting into this game. Please help.
