Shield Crush with Maven interaction .

So i'm playing on standard and got my armour stacker , playing with skill gem Shield Crush , the issue is when i do Maven , i can do it with skipping phases , but the problem starts once i get to the skipping phase part , once i kill her on the 2nd phase , she just disappears , does'nt drop loot and does'nt even do the third phase , here is the clip i made so you understand better what i'm talking about : https://youtu.be/ooP3EZzWlCM

I hope this can be fixed as ive encountered many mavens like this and the fragments don't come free.
