Where to find frequently asked questions or help.

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question where i could find the frequently asked questions regarding reporting scammers, price fixers and the sort or what GGG says on it all.

Not really sure about it all and wanted to find some information on what GGG does or stances are on these things.

Thank you

You can write to support@grindinggear.com, providing all available evidence.
But I don't quite understand what violations could be in question if

1. No rules prohibit setting any price for trading items/currency.
2. No one is obliged to complete the deal, even if you have made an offer as stated in the request.
3. Any transactions between players on the console tb require two confirmations. In such a situation, how can one distinguish between a 'scam' and a consciously accepted deal, but 'I just didn't like the item afterwards'? If we're talking about direct trade, it’s more complicated, but again, you can spend an extra two seconds to make sure you're trading for what you need. In the end, it comes down to one player's word against another's, and I have no idea how such disputes can be resolved.

Thanks i was just wondering about it is all.

Nothing has really happened, i've just noticed alot of people have something for sale and you give them what they ask for and decline saying not for sale.

So that's why i was wondering what is their stance on price fixing and scamming has happened to me but stopped it. Called him out for it and got abused by chat but that is all in the past.

So it was just something that has been waying on my mind recently and just wanted to answer it so it wasn't a consistent rhought.

Thank you for the reply and explanation.

I always sell my items if I’m offered the price I’ve listed. But there are situations where, for example, I’ve put up a lot of essences for trade, didn’t log in for a while, and now I’m back planning to level a new build. I receive an offer to buy those essences, but I realize I’ll need them for crafting in my new build, so of course I’ll decline the offer. At this stage of the league, there are trade issues even on PC, what speak about consoles, where we’re basically in a semi-SSF mode at the start.
