Ward and Trauma CLOSE PLS

I have 2500 ward, 60% pdr and use trauma support on my strike skill. On the first hit, the ward breaks, although the description of the support gem says "you take 12 physical damage" In terms of conversion, it turns out that I inflict on myself 6500 physical damage at least?

Ward's behavior isn't like that of ES or the various Aegis skills (mostly available through unique shields).
Ward will take up to a certain amount of damage from a hit, and then breaks. It doesn't matter if the hit was for 1 damage, or if the hit was powerful enough to still damage your life through your ward; your ward will break after the hit in either case. |
