I broke Simulacrum

Somehow I broke simulacrum. Finished wave 15, I've been stuck for an hour walking around every inch of the map and can't get it to finish. Any help on how to finish? And before "walk to the other side of the map, there's something that hasn't spawned yet". I assure you, that is not the issue. I've run sim hundreds of times
