Frenzy Charge on Hit chest not working?

Hey guys, I just got a Frenzy Charge on Hit chest armor. Thing is, I'm not generating any Frenzy charges on hit with spells. On hit means it applies to spells too, right?
Is it bugged or something? Last bumped on Sep 18, 2024, 6:40:58 PM

Your profile is hidden. What spells? Totem, mines, traps, etc should not work. Without knowing more details, are you hitting often enough to generate them and not consuming them?
