I am playing on my Xbox Series S, audio outputting through television speakers. During combat I weapon swapped from my sword and shield to a bow and cast Galvanic Arrow, then quickly swapped back to my sword and shield when promptly any and all game audio stopped. Could not be resolved without restarting the game.
