Screenshot returns blank image

GeForce RTX 2060 - drivers 560.94 - Windows 10
(also bugged with 546.33)
If not working, starting on DX11 mode, and switching to DX12 seem to restore functionality so far.
Sometimes does work when starting on DX12, but haven't made statistics for how often.
Playing windowed fullscreen. Switching mode does not seem to effect screenshots workings based on my limited observations.
