So Map bug fixed itself but the game forced the game freezes upon me?

Did not play for 2 days and when I started a map it did not take long until I encountered my first frame per minute moment! Game literally froze for 2 Minutes only to work for one seconds before it froze again. At this point I escaped to starting screen.
When reloading the map I found out they the map bug was gone but ALL THE GAME FREEZES ARE BACK so I have to farm the game freezes again before I can play normally. At this point I will have map but again and I start from scratch?

So GGG I have a few questions:
1. Are those amazing 1 FPS per minute moments here to stay like the party bug we have to deal with FOR YEARS by now?
2. Will the map bug actually be gone for good?
3. Instead of weekly map bug will I have to deal with weekly refarming of game freezes?
Because if this bug is here to stay you may as well remove PoE from the Sony Play Store.
