I have zero miners assigned to me and they keep digging for me and I can't have rocks, but they keep turning me into ingots, I need verisium ore, but that's not possible because they keep digging and turning into ingots for me.

Miners and smelters continue working on other ore when they run out of their assigned job. Remove all smelters from all jobs. Have zero assigned smelters to anything.
Once you finish Verisium upgrades, then assign smelters to any job. |
