Sudden disconnection during map

I was running at T17 fortress map and suddenly disconnected. I was a few seconds into the map and had already picked up an Ambush Scarab of Containment before i disconnected. When I logged in again, the map portals were gone from the device and the scarab i picked up was gone.

Is there anyway to get the lost item and map back?
