Help me for crashing game

Hi,
My POE keep crashing and freeze my PC then restart, even though i updated win, update driver VGA, delete all files in temp, re-install game, do anything i can.
Do you know what the cause is? And what is the solution?
Here is my Computer configuration:
Main B760M Asrock pro RS/D4
Chip core i5-13400F
Ram: 32GB
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4070
PSU: 850W
DirectX version: 12

Nobody will tell you for sure. First of all you have to change your mindset from updated=good. Stable iteration is good, not some newest thing.

How's other games working?
Are you using MTX? I have some on account which makes game unplayable(saw multiple post from like year, still not fixed, classic GGG). Worth the check.

I get crash even when not logged into the game, just on the log in screen
before this error, i was still playing normally.

Seems like clean format will do the job

if the pc is locking up it sounds like a gpu driver update or some other driver or app update you or windows installed is causing this.

Roll back GPU drivers

dxdiag and link // Event Viewer and look for red critical errors

game crash happened before i update everything

Do we know of a way to check crash reports? My game has crashed twice today. Two different maps doing the same thing I've been doing as far as mechanics, strat, skills, etc. I haven't changed anything I've done today compared to any of the previous days. The game has never crashed for me. Now, it's done it twice in one day.

My game freezes momentary and then I'm staring at my desktop. The game just shuts itself down. I can log back into the game and the portals are still up and I can carry on like nothing happened. It's just weird that it's randomly shutting down now.

I have suddenly encountered the same issue.

No crashes for 3 weeks absolutely zero.

Went into shaper realm and crashed. Tried to do a T16 today, crashed.

I've since updated GPU driver to the latest version but still crashing.

I'm using a 6600XT but it should have no problems keeping up with POE.
