game won't load/crashes

Im logging into my account, trying to log on a character, the wheels are turning for 3 seconds max and then stop, and when i press something the game stops responding. I tried reinstalling, tried some other fixes, tried different device, nothing helps. Please help me, I dont know what to do, I even spent money at some point. Please.
