Minimum internet speed required?

I have pretty shitty internet, satellite internet, in the cuts. And I want to play this game, it seems people play it on pretty bad internet with mild issues? I would play LoL if my internet was better but I can't. I was wondering if there is a really low minimum speed to play this game or will I be fucked if my internet goes below 1mb/s (common).

It's not so much about the speed as it is the stability of the connection. If you have packet loss or get connection drop often, then you'll get disconnected from the game. It's worth trying but don't be surprised if it doesn't work.

If you have a stable internet connection with a speed of 1.5 Mbps and above, You can definitely play this game online. You can check your internet speed from http://www.scanmyspeed.com/ and ensure whether you have required connection speed.
