Latency spikes like craaaaazy.

Im having sooooo much trouble with extremely high latency spikes, just out of the blue its driving me crazy, and it is completely random, i have read watched just about every guide there is, please if someone could help it would be very much appreciated, i switch servers, to just about every EU server there is, even tried russia, i tried other games when it happend, and there is nothing first desendant with crazy stuff happening all over cross platform, playing with people from america, china, russia, eu, just zero latency issues at all, so what can this be? it clearly not my internet as every single other game this was never an issue, so what is it, and is there a solution?
