Maybe I'm just showing my lack of crafting knowledge, but what would someone do with this?
Having 2 very desirable affix's is great, but with them split between prefix/suffix, it would be very unlikely that you would be able to fill the open slots with high tier desirable affixs. Meta crafting revolves around locking in either prefixs or suffixs and then reforge/rerolling “Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.”

you can put prefix cannot change and use the beastcraft to add a suffix also possible to split or even imprint |

Nah this is dead as is. You cant guarantee any mods and if you hit something bad you are yolo annuling again.
Honestly best bet is to slam two more mods and fracture and hope you win the 50/50. Though Im not even sure if people use this base. |
