Getting disconnected often when entering zones

Very often the game would freeze and I would get booted to the login screen when I am changing zones. A few times this has cost me crucial portals when doing more difficult maps.

I ran WinMTR twice, first time I didn't get disconnected, second time I did - https://pastebin.com/HP0MxHfR. The first time I stopped it I just saw there were enough packets. Second time I decided to stop it until I got a DC.

I am using a wired LAN, no WiFi. Help would be greatly appreciated, as this really is costing me some very hard maps.
