Massive Latency Issues on Certain Instances

On many instances, latency bounces around 150ms - 1000ms. Have been working around by creating new instances repeatedly until a normal one is found. Have attempted on US west and US Texas and problem still persists. No latency issues when using the same device on same network when playing other games or streaming media. Here is the trace:

I'm experiencing the same as you. I'm on Frontier FIOS in Soutern California. Could be our ISP.

Are you on Frontier in SoCal? I'm having the same issue. Persisting for 2 days now.
