FPS drop and stuttering after windows 11 update.

I got a new helios neo 16 laptop and download POE as soon as i got home. Was smooth and enjoy everything with the laptop. Laptop specs :
13th gen i7 Rtx 4060 16gb ram 1tb ssd Window 11 Today, for some reason i updated my window 11 and after that, everything went south. My POE was unplayable from the get go. During login everything was laggy, GPU usage was super high, but FPS was 4-5 maximum, latency was 300+. Tried everything, updating gpu driver, even re-installed POE and full reset this pc.
