My game just crashed with while I was fighting the pirate boss with a 50m shipment

Please GGG help me this is such a huge time loss, it took me all week to farm this dust, 1.2million blue zanth and 21million dust and the only option I have is to abandon it because the game crashed while I was fighting the pirate boss. It's never crashed before and it just happens to give me a pirate fight and crashes when I finally save up a 50m shipment.

Please, I feel sick. I farmed that dust by picking up 1000s of unique items and taking them to the disenchanter. PLEASE help.

You're in the same boat (pun not intended) as hundreds of other players this league. They do not refund items (or mappers or shipments) lost due to bugs or crashes. The bosses were questionably designed to be one shot only and exiting the portal prematurely, crashing, or dying causes automatic failure with no chance to recover.

Like the other guy said, GGG does not reimburse.

I'm sorry this happened and that you feel bad. These kinds of things are a reminder that if what you're doing in a game at any given moment isn't enjoyable, you may need to re-evaluate the use of your free time.
