Potential blocking bug from Svalinn

Recently I've encountered weird issue playing my character zonjwarden in Settlers League.

At first I've got stuck in Harbringer groups/eater of worlds mobs , cannot do anything besides spamming flask till dead.
I guessed there're problem with my keyboard or mouse, but this repeat a few times, cannot cast any skills, even whirling blade which is lifetap support.

The issue continues to happen when i face multiple attacks from mobs, multiple projectiles.

The worst thing is when i was doing final boss in t17 citadel map, the boss spawn a pool in the middle and i got caught into it, cannot move, cannot attack, only applying flask till dead.

I cannot tell this has anything to do with blocking chance but since it happens quite often recently, especially when i switched over to eater of worlds influenced.
Did I miss some debuff from eater of worlds altars can trigger this?
