Guild leader with no characters.

Hiya, is it possible you may be logging in to a secondary account? I would suggest checking if your account may have been created via Steam by using the Steam logo to sign in on the Path of Exile login page or alternatively you could try using the Lost Password Tool with any additional email addresses you may have.
