Copy+paste of the unlock code often doesn't work

Hi,

I am sometimes forced to change my internet connection (due to outages on my ISP's end) and it forces me to re-enter my password and provide the unlock code.

At least 3/4 of the times, the copy+paste option is disabled in the game client, forcing me to go back in time some decades to manually type in the code.

Could this please be looked into (as to why it sometimes breaks)? Restarting the client does nothing.
