Moscow realm is crashing every few hours

When you lose a dozen of divs worth of loot and investments several times a day it definitely does not feel good.

And before you propose another server - not really an option. Ones that are close are either equally unstable (Frankfurt), simply don't connect (Amsterdam) or have anomalous latency (Milan). Moscow is the only one with smooth enough latency.
