Constant crashing for the last week

Edit: For anyone coming across this in the future, updating my BIOS resolved it.

I have been crashing fairly consistently for the last week. Played about 150 hours of the season just fine with no issues.

Load never goes above 60 for CPU or GPU, temps are pretty low.

Built the PC a year ago, specs:
i7-13700K
64GB Ram
4090

This is the report from event viewer:
"

Steps I have tried:
DX11, DX12, Vulkan
Lower graphics settings
Multithreading on/off
Roll back graphics drivers
Verified integrity of files
Reinstall
Reformatted PC
Windowed, Borderless Windowed, Fullscreen
Undervolt CPU
Lower max frame rate
NetFramework update
Windows 8/10 compatibility mode
Run as Admin
Disabled all overlays (Nvidia, Steam, Discord, Windows, etc)
mdsched RAM check
System health check

Truly at a loss and getting pretty bummed about it. Is anyone able to think of anything else? GPT says this error code happens because the "application attempted to access a part of memory that it was not allowed to access", but I can't think of what else I can do to address the issue.

Appreciate any help or other ideas. Thank you exiles!
