[Xbox] Nightmare of the Depraved Trinity glitch, no map completion

Just now I ran Abomination and the Depraved Trinity spawned after killing Shavronne and Maligaro, but while Doedre was still alive. I killed her after the Trinity, and although loot dropped as normal, the map was never counted as completed (which would be fairly irrelevant if I wasn't looking to complete 50 T17s for the challenge).

I didn't have issues with the bosses healing to full, but Maven was one of the map mods. I doubt it matters, but just in case, the others were Exarch runes, sawblades, monsters poison on hit, monsters have a chance to freeze/ignite/shock, and monsters gain endurance charge on hit.

EDIT: This is totally unrelated, but is it intended for T17 bosses to drop low tier maps? Every single one has dropped a map below T16 for me. I know not all map drops respect voidstones, but this doesn't seem right. I just got a T9 from Nightmare of Lycia. That's not even worth tossing to my atlas runners in Kingsmarch.
