Laoding screen change !

I know this might sound odd or strange but can we possibly get the option to change,customize or even edit all loading screens? For example fan art, or something we create or random screens we can choose from?

Just so that we understand each other, im talking about the loading screens when you go through the portal to either your hideout,or a map,or a cataringa fight, shaper ,elder etc.
