I cannot teleport to Kinsmarch

Hello. The problem appeared right now.
I try to teleport to Kinsmarch and I couldn't.
I was automatically disconnected from the server to the login window.
I try to teleport to Kinsmarch many times, I try reload the game and reload my laptop, but it didn't help.

I can travel to other locations, but cannot to Kinsmarch.

After 30 minutes I cannot login to the game.

I changed my graphics settings and the issue was resolved.
I changed from low quality to medium quality.

After 30 minutes the problem appeared again.
