FIX THE GAME PLEASE. Unplayable trash

So I downloaded the game on Monday night. Excited to play this game. Yeah Can't play. Game freeze and crashes usually right after I select my char and load in. Tired making a new char to see if that helps and no.

On a AU515-43 Gaming Laptop. All drives, windows, blah blah up to date and triple checked.

Would be nice to play the game since it looks like it might be fun but if this doesnt get fixed soon I will just uninstall and find something else.
