Latency Problem

Hi, im from Argentina and mainly connect to BR Servers because is the best and nearby connection.
In every other leagues i played the game smoothly with a 20-40ms of latency. This league the latency is off the roof, i play with 150ms at minimum and sometimes it spikes like this  I tried with a third party software that helps and it goes back to 40ms but it's a paid one and i wanted to know if i can fix this by myself, because i never needed these programs before, i didn't changed anything on my network and its the same internet provider since always... is there a fix? by manually hitting specific br network or something? i appreciate any help! Well tried with another software and now it doesnt work... anyone from LATAM has this latency issue? its really annoying
