Connect issues on zone change

I'm facing some connect issues: it feels like latency spikes, although it doesn't show on the stats in the game. The issue reproduces on different EU servers (tried London, Milan, Paris, Frankfurt) sometimes when I change the zone. So it can be perfectly fine when I first log in, and then it might be ok when I go into the map or Kingsmarsh. Or the described issue might occur. Switching zones helps sometimes (like tp out and go into the map again).
